From there, she went on to graduate school at Chapman University to get her MFA in Film and Television Producing. Once she finally decided to join the real world, Kaitlin went on to work in reality television for a little while before getting her start in scripted television as an NBC Page. She has worked at two networks since and is absolutely in love with her job in television development.
